For this project our objective was to create a warm, gracious home for a vibrant family of 6. While the home is traditional by design, the owners’ preferred a juxtaposition of traditional and modern combined. In the living room we used lucite, limestone, and a graphic rug combined with vibrant textiles and fabrics. Art plays an important role in this home’s design as well, adding pops of color and creating a unique, yet unifying aesthetic for each space. Thoughtful use of color, texture and natural materials achieved a warm, comfortable and quietly modern home perfect for family gatherings, entertaining and meaningful memories.
