Tuesday–Textiles:  We’ve got more rooms to share with you from our presentation last week!  Here are some additional textile options and design boards that we put together for our client.  We try to give them at least two different options for each room or for each piece of furniture.  This first image is for the stools in their kitchen.  We chose a striped fabric that is hard working in case of those occasional spills and the second option is a creamy off-white leather.

The next two images are for the master bedroom.  We are working off of a color palette that they currently have in a couple of chairs and some pillow shams that they already own.  The colors are calm and relaxing…perfect for a room to retreat.  The textiles below are for a duvet cover, more shams and window treatments.

This image shows two options for ottomans and light fixtures in the master, in addition to some rug samples that feel amazing on your feet!

Below, are images for one of the options for their great room.  It is one of the first rooms you see directly as you walk into their home.  We love the cool tones in the cool palette we presented, but are really excited to bring some color out in the art and accessories as well!

Tuesday–Tiles:  We are so in love with the tile that we are using for our clients’ pool cabana kitchen.  It will be used as the counter to ceiling backsplash and will have two floating shelves coming off of it.  The print out below shows the three shades of grey that will be used on the Waterworks tile pattern.  It’s going to be beautiful!!!

Tuesday–Textiles:  Loving these wallpapers we sourced for our clients’ preteen daughter’s room.  They wanted something that would last her through high school and even her return from college days.  I love them because they are feminine, but also classic and not super trendy.  Can’t wait to see which one they pick!

Tuesday–Textiles:  Remember the textiles we shared with you last week with the navy’s, creams and touches of brass?  These are the option boards we presented to our clients to go with those textiles.  We wanted to create a casual rustic vibe for this young family that would be inviting for entertaining with a dose of glam.  We looked for clean lines with a few sculptural pieces such as the chairs at the game table, the lounge chairs and the dining table. We also loved adding pieces that are a nod to mid century such as the light fixture.  Durability is key as they are expecting their first baby this spring, so we were mindful to include fabrics that can hold up to the task such as leathers, and textiles that can stand up to the wear and tear of toddlers, dogs, etc.

Out of the two option boards, these pieces below are the items that they narrowed in on and loved the most.

Tuesday–Textiles:  Today is our first official day back in the studio and we’re so excited to start working on our clients’ Danville project again.  We have been working on many of the rooms in their home with them and are now focusing on their living room and dining room.  They like a combination of mid century pieces mixed with a little glam and a little rusticity.  The rooms will feature a two sided concrete fireplace with rustic beams, a nano door and an overall modern farmhouse feel.  Check out these fabrics we’ve chosen for them with a little navy, brass and lots of great textures.

Tuesday–Textiles:  We’re really excited about this new project we are working on for one of our clients whose home we have previously helped design other rooms.  Now we are working on their two daughters’ rooms.  They really like a simple aesthetic with a few modern pops of color.  The first room belongs to their daughter who is leaving for college this year and tomorrow we will show you the room that belongs to their daughter that is going to be a junior in high school this fall.  We gave them each 2 option boards and presented a couple of different color palettes as well.  We hope they love them!
